Support Information

The Assist Portal is simple to use and hosted on an extremely stable platform.  It is not anticipated you will need our help very often!   

Support is available 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday.  Support requests should be e-mailed through to where we will aim to respond within the hour.  

As a reminder we can only help with the technology used within the platform itself.  If you are using a video meeting, chat client, social media feed or other external software provider you will need to contact the vendor with problems relating to that service.
