The Assist Portal is simple to use and hosted on an extremely stable platform. It is not anticipated you will need our help very often!
Support is available 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Support requests should be e-mailed through to firstname.lastname@example.org where we will aim to respond within the hour.
As a reminder we can only help with the technology used within the platform itself. If you are using a video meeting, chat client, social media feed or other external software provider you will need to contact the vendor with problems relating to that service.
